Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of firetruck1430.com and any related services (the "Service") provided by Firetruck1430 ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at salti.david@gmail.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to (a) misuse or disrupt the Service, (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data, (c) reverse-engineer or scrape the Service beyond what is permitted by law, (d) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or (e) use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

4. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Firetruck1430 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

5. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party providers (hosting, authentication, analytics, email). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRETRUCK1430 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 or amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Firetruck1430 harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Firetruck1430's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
